Refunds:

As our products are digital files, we are unable to offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. All purchases and downloads of our digital files are final and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund prior to downloading the file. To do so, please contact our customer support at support moozzi@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will review your request and notify you of the cancellation status within 1-2 business days.

File Issues:

If you encounter technical issues or find that a file is corrupted or incomplete, please contact us immediately at support moozzi@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue by providing you with a functional file or, if necessary, issuing a refund.

Custom Orders:

For custom orders, we cannot offer refunds as these files are created specifically per request and require significant effort to design. If you have any questions regarding a custom order, please contact us before making your purchase.
